——— Publicly listed skills development organization (HED)
—— Strategy execution for International growth.
Objective: Prioritize new markets where previous attempts to establish a significant presence failed. Optimize value proposition and quantify and profile different types of partners.
Output: Country prioritization, resulting in a high seven-figure pipeline and six-figure deal within four months of partnership.  Additionally, we completed donor submissions to internationally-supported programs and developed a Global Faculty Recognition framework to empower faculty and leverage the solution.

Objective: Build a solid strategy for internationalization in three critical growth regions. Engage in B2G relationships with governments and NGOs.
Output: Identified suitable projects and partnerships in Spain, Latin America and Papua New Guinea. In LATAM, our advisory role led to showcasing before top public institutions, including the largest Ministries of Education gathering. We validated value proposition with key stakeholders, such as publishers and telcos, and helped close multiple 7-figure deals across three regions.

LATAM

—— Global, multi-market expansion.
Objective: To expand its suite of products to other markets in LATAM and the U.S and address organizational gaps to guarantee success.
Output: EDT facilitated over ten international partnerships in Brazil, Spain, China, Southeast Asia and other markets. We strengthened their value proposition, supported their presence in forums and events, and provided advisory work resulting in multiple awards.  Our efforts enabled their expansion into the global Higher Education market, securing several multi-year seven-figure deals with leading educational groups. Revenue was doubled in 20 months, leading to ongoing product roadmap optimization collaboration.
PRODUCT & TECHNOLOGY
LATAM

—— Product and technology audit & strategy.
Objective: Develop a 5-year product and technology strategy to consolidate their digital solutions.
Output: EDT completed a comprehensive technology & product audit and developed a playbook to guide product and solution strategy. We developed a set of 12 technical, operational and strategic recommendations that were prioritized and scheduled for execution. Including an RFP process for certain modules, housekeeping of legacy technology components and interoperability enhancements. Additionally, we identified and recommended six potential adjacent business lines to further expand product offering.

Exams for Zoom won the EdTech Award 2022 for New Product or Service (released in 2018 or later) and was a finalist in the Testing and Assessment Solution category.
