Coursera
—— Strategy execution for International growth.
Objective: Help Coursera prioritize new markets, optimize their value proposition, quantify and profile different types of partners.
Output: We provided a country prioritization that led to developing a high seven figure pipeline which, in turn, translated into closing a six-figure deal within the first four months of the partnership. We also completed donor submissions to internationally supported programs and presented a global Faculty recognition framework to empower faculty leveraging Coursera for Campus.

—— Product market and business model definition for exponential growth
Objective: Introduce CloudLabs to a worldwide audience.
Output: EDT Partners helped them generate more than ten international partnerships in the EU, China, SE Asia, Spain and other markets. We also helped strengthen CloudLabs’ value proposition. We supported their presence in the Advising Board, which resulted in them winning several awards and becoming finalists in several others. Our efforts ultimately led them to expand into the global Higher Education market.

Objective: Define their international strategy.
Output: We were instrumental in identifying suitable projects and partnerships in Spain, Latin American countries, and Papua New Guinea. In LATAM, we played an advisory role to help them be showcased in front of top public institutions, as well as the largest gathering of ministries of education in 2019. We also validated their value proposition with other key stakeholders like publishers, telcos and other players.

—— Helping publishers transition to an effective digital model by redefining the edge of content industries.
Objective: Provide state-of-the-art insights when considering new market entry.
Output: We developed a world-class research paper that included both public and private education institutions. The report included information extracted from first-hand interviews, internal analysis and research. It provided insights on trends for entering new markets, and defined initial opportunities Kognity could pursue with immediate effect. Kognity saved time and money by not having to do market research, and received recommendations on entering markets to achieve an effective, fast adoption rate.

Our latest project, Exams for Zoom, is a game-changing product focused on flexible, secure technology that allows skills assessment, exams and evaluations in a familiar remote and hybrid environment.

Exams for Zoom won the EdTech Award 2022 for New Product or Service (released in 2018 or later) and was a finalist in the Testing and Assessment Solution category.
